A cyclist has been critically injured in a rush hour crash in central London.

The woman, 40, collided with an uber minicab on Theobald Road, at the junction with Clerkenwell Road, at about 7.20pm on Friday evening, police said.
London’s air ambulance landed at the British Museum as medics rushed to her aid.
Firefighters also attended and held up a sheet as the woman was treated in the road.
She was then taken to hospital where she is said to be in a critical condition.
Witnesses said a minicab that was involved in the collision stopped at the scene and the driver was not arrested
Scotland Yard said enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are under way.
